CODEASH ACADEMY does not offer any refunds against any services already purchased from the Website unless, any error has occurred during the purchase or redemption of such services which is directly attributable to CODEASH ACADEMY.
Return Policy for Products or services
7.1 In the event You receive a damaged / defective product or a product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, You are required to get in touch with the customer service team through any of the below-mentioned channels:

1) Fees once paid will not be refunded or adjusted. (In case of CSEET negative result only fee will get refund)
2) If we found that you have shared your login details with multiple users, we can terminate your account permanently.
3) You can watch lectures at the same only on one device.
4) While login makes sure that you have logged out from other devices.
5) If you are unable to login, clear your browser history/cache/cookies by pressing.
6) After watching videos lectures, don’t forget to logout from device. Do not close browser.
7) You can not change mobile number & Device.
8) Mobile number should be WhatsApp number.
